How It Is Possible To Get A Good Nights Sleep
Life is tough, it doesn't appear to matter where you are or how you live, life is just complicated. For lots of us the only actual time we give our bodies a chance to recuperate is when we are asleep; so our sleep is extremely important.
There are a large amount of things which affect our sleep, below are a couple of things to consider to maximise the effects of your sleep and give yourself as much energy as possible for the day after.
Your Bed
Having a comfortable bed is critical, but even finding that can be a challenge. If you're in a relationship then you will already have discovered how difficult it can be to get a double bed which you both like. The answer's to go for quality. You want a top quality bed frame; I would like to recommend a platform bed as these are not impacted by the difference in weight of the two folks. You also need a top quality mattress. When it comes to platform bed mattresses I might choose an organic mattress with a cotton cover. This could minimise the amount of unwanted chemicals in the mattress materials; also the natural fibres have a tendency to better adjust to the varied temperatures of the people sleeping on it. A word of caution, buy the highest quality you can afford to be certain you get a mattress which will hold its shape and structure over a period of time. (I have a great mattress which uses natural rubber to hold its shape "and I have a superb nights sleep constantly)
Foods and drinks
We all know that it is not a smart idea to go to bed with a full stomach. If your belly is full, when you lie down the contents of your belly can push against the valve between the belly and oesophagus that may then allow some of the undigested food into your oesophagus and cause heartburn. You should also reduce the amount of simple carbohydrates and sugars you eat towards the end of the day. When you body processes these, it produces calories, these calories can basically lead you to wake up, and interrupt your sleep. The best food for your evening meal should be food low on the glycemic index, leading to a regular flow of calories and nourishment into your bloodstream.
The temperature
While we are sleeping, our bodies are working and we need to create the absolute best environment for them.
If we get too hot or too cold when we sleep our bodies have to target adjusting our body's temperatures rather than doing their real job of fixing and recuperation. A bedroom should generally be well ventilated, though not draughty and warm although not so hot that we sweat.
The double bed which you choose and how you arrange your bed room are vital to your overall health; so now is the perfect time to check that you actually are taking the absolute best care of yourself.

Basement Pipes sweating and water heater spit water from valve all of a sudden...HELP!?!?
My water heater has a plastic open ended valve that has begun to drip for the last 2-3days. Also the pipes in my basement (or one huge pipe mostly) is sweating all over everything and it runs the length of my basement in a very inconvenient spot...It only has happened since it started raining. Any suggestions, since my landlord cant be bothered to show up and look at it...? I would greatly appreciate the help!!
You may need to insulate pipes , Also and very important is to test the water pressure with a test gauge, if the water pressure regulator is not working properly the valve a pressure relief valve will leak. The water pressure should between 50 and 80 psi.
