I checked the cooling fan / blower relay for my 1995 4cyl 2.0L Ford Probe and it is indeed defective (it doesnt click). I have not been able to locate a proper replacement for it, just the universal stuff that isnt quite so universal. The relay has 5 horizontal connectors, in the pattern below
