What mods can my friend do?

Hey everyone I have an 08 Impala SS and an 01 Cobra and my friend has an 07 Dodge Charger High Output v6. He has an intake and im gonna do his exhaust for him but what im wondering is what are ALL of the possible mods he can do to his car? My past cars are 01 v6 Mustang, 99 GTP, 03 Silverado SS, and now an 01 Cobra with an 08 Impala SS. So I dont know about chargers too much. Here are some mods (not sure if some can go with his car) just correct me or let me know if im missing something. Excluding Supercharger, Turbocharger, and NOS.
CAI, True Dual Exhaust, Throttle Body, Headers, Gears, 160* Thermostat, Electric Fans, Performance Spark Plugs, MSD Ignition Wires, Traction Lock, Comp Cam, Shift Kit (Had one on my automatic so dont say there is none), Stall and thats all about I can think of right now. Let me know if you know anything about chargers or what he can do. Thanks

Heads are coming soon
Gears are possible but it will be a PITA and would be a one off job. $$$

There are also a few supercharger options for the 3.5 engine.
