Memories Of The Model Kit
I am pretty sure that it is safe to say that nearly everyone out there has a had a go with one of those model kits at some stage during your life and I will say that my experiences with model trains have changed me a lot. This was not the really expensive Hornby train set that a lot of people go for but it was an old wind up one that went in a circle. Although this doesn't sound that great to a six yr old kid this is simply amazing and I have to say that along with the whistle that I blew every single time the train went past a certain point, it filled my days at my Nan's house with a lot of joy.
Of course when I got a little older I started to wind the trains up as high as they could go just to see if I could derail them which they did from time to time. How destructive to kids get as they get older, well the answer is, pretty damn destructive. It was just after this time where my opinion on model kits changed and I got my first RC Helicopter. I got this gift around the time of my birthday and my father helped me to build the thing and take it out for its first flight.
So once we had built the thing itself we went out and flew the thing. One thing you need to look into is that this was not the professional nitro helicopters that you often see people flying today but a cheap one that seemed easy to put together but turned out not to be.
One of the best ways to create memories with your children is to do something like this.
Creating memories with your child is one of the most important things you can do to bond with them and the more time you spend with your child the better chances they have in the world after they leave your care.

Ford Focus hatches wicked tuner concepts (Autoblog)

As popular as their vehicles are with aftermarket customizers, Ford wouldn't
miss out on something like the SEMA show. And while the Mustang and various
Ford trucks play a big role in the Blue Oval booth this year, a significant
part of the Motor Company's exposition centers around the latest Focus.
All-in-all, seven Focus models are on display this year. 3dCarbon has busted
one out in a white matte finish with tinted windows and red accents, plus roof
spoiler, Eibach springs and Pirelli rubber. Roush has brought out a Stage 3
upgraded Focus complete with supercharger, custom induction and exhaust
systems and body kit. The ID Agency is bridging the gap between Japanese and
European tuner trends with its dark green model, packing Magnaflow exhaust,
Brembo brakes, Recaro seats and even a Thule bike rack.
The only sedan among all the hatchback versions has been done up by Capaldi
Racing, with a Borla exhaust, Torsen diff, AST suspension and a big orange
splitter jutting out the front. Steeda's Focus hatchback packs an aftermarket
intake, sway back and springs, with an engine bay filled with billet aluminum-
style ...
