I was thinking about getting a chinchilla, which cage would be better?

The All Livig things Chinchilla Kit $79.99 or would the Warf Mfg. Ferret/Chinchilla cage with drop pan $74.97. Chinchilla owners please take a look at both and give me your personal opinion on which one would be better. I also wondered if a chinchilla needs a salt wheel like some other animals have.
i got a 404 error when i clicked the link, so let me describe a good cage:
look for a cage that doesn't have a wire bottom, and that is tall enough to let them jump around in. it should be about 2'x2'x3' at least. the wire on the top and sides should meause 1/2" apart. any farther apart them that and your chinchilla WILL escape. petsmart does have a few good chinchilla cages, or you can find some on ebay.
NO salt wheel. the chinchilla needs hay and water, with the occasional pellets/seeds and a rasin once in a while as a treat. anything far different from that can give them digestive problems. if you have questions about something specific, feel free to message me.
