i have a janitrol gas furnace the blower will not come on?

85,000 btu installed 2003, updraft. the red light on the mother board is on then flashes 2X then back on then flashes 2X then back on over and over. the blower motor spins freely could it be something other than the blower.

Inside the blower compartment or burner area is a code list find it then watch the led for the code and it will tell you the cause if the list is missing go on line and look up janitrol with the model number Good Luck
