Problem with new central heating?
Four weeks ago I had a new Ideal Mexico HE floor standing boiler installed, it replaced a Mexico floor standing one, I had it replaced due to having new kitchen, the plumber put a new programmer and wall thermostat but the programmer didn't work, so he replaced it a couple of more times, he also replaced the wiring as he thought this was the problem, my problem is the heating comes on even when it is off at the programmer, it is coming on even when the water is off hechanged the programmer to a Honeywell and it was still the same problem, so it's not that, so he put back the Iflo programmer which looked nicer, and he changed the valve in the airing cupboard, but still no difference, it is being controlled just by the wall thermostat. The radiators wasn't changed, it was power flushed. Can anyone else help, he went away saying he would get some tech support, but one week on and I haven't heard anything. He is Corgi registered, as I looked him up, but this is just baffling him.
Obviously a wiring fault that the guy can't sort out. Best get an electrician to sort it for you. Don't think you will see this Corgi guy again.
