Internal Hemorrhoid
A hemorrhoid is simply an enlarged vein around or inside of the anal sphincter. The affected vein is typically swollen and inflamed. An important fact about hemorrhoids is that the blood vessels are weakened and therefore have poor circulation. They typically need to be emptied of some of the blood. Anything that places too much pressure on the veins in and around the anal sphincter can cause hemorrhoids. This includes constipation, diarrhea, pregnancy, childbirth, excess weight, and heavy lifting. A myth about hemorrhoids is that it nothing can be done to get rid of them. This is incorrect. The good news about hemorrhoids is that there are natural remedies for curing the problem. Many things can be done about hemorrhoids, including several solutions that utilize natural ingredients.
Increasing your daily fiber intake is another solution and treatment of hemorrhoid. The average american only digests ten grams of fiber a day in their diet. By increasing your fiber intake by fifteen to fourty grams you will regulate your digestive system and prevent hemorrhoids from forming. The many ways you can increase your intake is by eating plenty of fruits and vegetables and grains and cereals. Make sure you increase your fluid intake as well.
Stool softeners are usually used to prevent hard stools which can cause more pressure on the internal hemorrhoid. There are many types of stool softeners available. The most common are suppositories that are inserted directly into the anus. They usually have an immediate effect and are given within good proximity of a toilet. Oral suppositories are usually taken to help in regulating the digestive system and to help prevent constipation
Bleeding Internal hemorrhoids occure mostly in the population in the age groups between 45 and 65.
If you are required to sit for long stretches of time, stand for long stretches of time. This can hasten the onset of bleeding internal hemorrhoids. Women who are pregnant sometimes develop these hemorrhoids.
Although keeping your diet under control helps ease the pain, it does not always make the hemorrhoid or the pain go away. There are many natural herbs that people have found help not just ease but often cure painful hemorrhoids. Witch hazel is a liquid that is softly rubbed on the area to lessen the swelling. Butchers broom is another herb known for contracting and strengthening the veins. Ginkgo biloba improves blood flow and lessens the swelling. a final herb known for calming the irritation is mullein. Each of these herbs can be found at a local GNC or vitamin store.
Bleeding internal hemorrhoids can be removed with surgery, your doctor can help you decide if you need to have them taken out by cutting, or laser or even with a cauterizing procedure.
It may be that surgery will not be needed and one of the other treatments will serve just as well. There are chemical treatments avaliable that will shrink the bleeding internal hemorrhoid. There is also a treatment where a rubber band is placed on the base of the hemorrhoid that will cut off the blood supply and shrink the hemorrhoid.

Clear liquid coming out of left stretched ear, what is it and how can i stop it?
Okay so recently I've stretched my ears from 2g to 0g and I did my right ear slowly and I kinda forced the left ear a little on accident.. cause its stubborn. I was 2g for about 5 months now so I know it couldn't be too soon to stretch.. im using double flared amethyst plugs for my ears cause Im allergic to cheap plastic. I stretched them with tapers of course. The liquid that's coming out is like white clear and it gets crusty, I don't take out my left plug because it kinda hurts to, its a little tender and a little pink.. its doing better. Its been a week and a half since the stretch. Right ear totally fine, doesn't hurt nothing. What do I do with my left ear? Is it a tear? And no I do clean the crust off.. I get an ear swab n stuff
Sounds like a minor infection or perhaps just irritation. If you have some first aid ointment (Neosporin with Pain Relief is good) I would apply that lightly to the affected area - maybe 2-3 times per day. If the drainage starts to look yellowish/greenish or if it starts to have a foul smell then you probably have a more serious infection and you may have to remove your plugs. Just keep an eye on it & put that first aid ointment on it a few times a day. Try not to get hairspray, gel, etc on it either -- that will just irritate it more.
