3 Simple Ways To Exercise Without Leaving Your House
Exercise is a great to burn calories and keep yourself fit and your energy levels up, and the best thing is that often we do it without realizing it. Technically even something as mundane as doing the washing up will burn some calories and get you moving, so you don't need to be running around working up a sweat to get some of the benefits of exercise. In fact the easier the exercise is to do the better, so instead of having to drive 20 minutes to the gym which will get boring very quickly, then try to find some ways to exercise more at home and you'll find you are far more likely to do it.
Here are some of my favorite ways to exercise at home:
Lift some weights: Lifting weights is one form of exercise that people tend to ignore in favor of cardio exercise, but it is very effective. Plus it helps to shape and tone your body. If you want to make good progress then you need a good set of exercises to follow with guidance on how often to do them and what weight to use etc, which is where this plan comes in handy. If you don't have a plan to follow then you won't get the maximum benefit out of it and you won't get the results you want.
Really all you need to start off is some secondhand dumbbells off someone else and that will get you going, but if you enjoy it then consider getting a workout bench and more weights. The idea of weight training is to push yourself so your muscles get damaged and when they repair they get bigger, which means you will be pushing yourself pretty hard. That is why I recommend getting somebody to train with just in case you push too hard and they need to help take the weight off you.
Start walking: This is a fantastic form of exercise. It isn't going to damage your joints like jogging or running might do, yet you can still get out of breath if you walk fast enough, and even a gentle walk is good for you. If you want to do it inside your house though then you are really going to need a treadmill. Yes they do cost quite a lot, but you can get a secondhand one to save money, or go for one which doesn't have a motor. The manual ones usually have bad reviews as they can be fragile and will rock and shake as people jog on them, but as you are only using it for walking rather than jogging which puts a lot more stress on the machine, then it should be perfect.
Dancing: Having a good dance is enjoyable and certainly not what people would class as exercise, yet it is very active and will certainly burn a few calories as you do it. If you already know some dance moves then you can just dance in your living room to music, or you can buy a DVD instead which takes you through a dance routine and follow that. Another great way to get dancing is to use a computer game to make it interactive. There are lots of computer games out now which use mats on the floor you dance on, or you have the Wii one which uses the controller to monitor what you do.
How I install Marathon electric motor CAT NO#I113? which Lines do I connect to which line?
http://www.marathonelectric.com/CnxDocRequest/PublishedPDF/dwg-006120515_ee7085fr_66646_365.pdf
this is the diagram of the motor. I want to connect the line as high voltage.
It is very simple:
at the high voltage diagram first select the sens(clock wise-CW or contra clock wise-CCW) and then connect together the wires in the diagram.L1 and L2 are the power connections.Where it says"INSUL",you must connect the wire together and that is it.
There are 2 capacitors on T6 and T8.
good luck!
This robot is all downhill (Cosmic Log)
Researchers in Japan have built an aluminum robot powered purely by forward
momentum that can walk downhill seemingly forever. In a test last year, for
example, it walked on a slightly inclined treadmill for 13 hours, long enough
to set a Guinness World Record.
