Exclusive Chinese Drywall Data
During the housing boom, far more than 500 million pounds of possibly defective Chinese gypsum board was imported to the United States. Several sources estimate that sufficient material to create around 100,000 homes.
In 2004 there was a shortage of gypsum board, since of the housing boom. Is cultivation also included with possession ?
I live in Virginia and the current laws for Salvia is possession and consumption are illegal does possession account for just cultivating or is cultivation its own entity ? It would make sense that cultivation would be illegal because in order to cultivate it you need to posses it at one point in time. But does possession mean dried plant material with intent to consume ?
You necessarily possess when you cultivate, but you would also be charged with manufacturing.
