Yes...

Again you have to choose how you are going to detect water. Two methods are using resistance or capacitance changes across the water detection probes.

You can use a hardware comparator built into a micro to detect a voltage change across two metal probes. One probe attached to ground the other is attached to the input of the comparator and a pull up resistor. When water touches the probes a circuit is completed to ground lowering the voltage input to the comparator. (You can also use an ADC to measure the voltage)

Another method would measure capacitance changes of the probe. There are several ways to measure capacitance and these basically share common techniques of placing a known amount of charge onto the cap and then measuring the voltage. The higher the voltage build up the smaller the capacitance.

This technique is useful in detecting low conductivity fluids. It detects a change in dielectric constant vs conductivity. You can also make a water probe on a PCB by use adjacent parallel traces.

An advantage to measuring capacitance is that this sensor is analog and will allow you to measure different water levels with a single probe assembly. THe Comparitor technique above is digital, meaning it only detects the presence of water, to determine different levels you would need additional sensors at different levels.

You can always use simple float switches as inputs to the uC. THis is the simplest of all methods but does require additional hardware in the form of float switches.

The capabilities of the microcontroller you choose will help determine which of the above methods you choose.

The buzzer part is easiest of all, merely generate a squarewave signal at an audio frequency and apply it to a speaker. This can be done using a timer that controls the state of an output pin on the uC. You can also add a transistor as an amplifier if needed.
