What has more energy. 1 L of 65 degree Celsius water or 1 L of 65 degree fahrenheit water?

Need figure this out caus its on my hw. Anyone know. I think that its the celcius one caus it has more kinetic energy, but it could be equal if the potential energy in one=kinetic energy in the other

Since they are both the same amount of water, we need only to determine which is a higher temperature.

If the Fahrenheit scale goes from 32 to 212 for the range of liquid water,
and the Celsius scale goes from 0 to 100,
where does the 65 fall? 65oF is slightly cool outside, 65oC is much closer to boiling
