If you have been keeping up with the new enhancements to FullAccess Support, you have probably noticed the addition of training videos to your FullAccess Support Membership. Last month we posted our first series of training videos and received a great response from you. Recently we released another 19 training videos for you to enjoy.
The training page of your FullAccess Support Website has also been updated to make browsing and viewing training videos a breeze. The new training interface is organized by topics and by roles; making training other staff members and volunteers easier than ever.
We have also made our training video voting forum live. You can access the training video voting forum through the training page in the FullAccess Support Website or by going to feedback.nspiresoftware.com. The training video voting forum gives you the chance to make your voice heard about what training videos you would like to see produced. So, if you have a great idea for a training video, we want to hear it.
