The New Self-Service Portal on the FullAccess Support Website is now up and running! The Self-Service Portal will give all our FullAccess Support Members the ability to enter new support cases as well as track the progress of existing support cases.
If you are a FullAccess Support Member, you should have already received and email that contained a username and password for the Self-Service Portal. If you have not already received your username and password for the Self Service Portal and you are an active FullAccess Support Member, email support at support@tcshome.com to request a new username and password.
Also remember you access the Self-Service Portal through the FullAccess Support Website. If you need instructions on how to get to the FullAccess Support Website, follow this link.
Once you get to the FullAccess Support Website, click on the Self Service Portal tab

After clicking on the Self Service Portal Tab, enter your Username and Password.
