I was checking out some of my blogs I subscribe to and ran across one that really made me go “Hum?” How many times have I been in a board meeting or committee meeting at Church and heard something that sounds like this…
- “That will never work.”
- “Can you show me another Church that is already doing this?”
- "I don’t think our members will go for that, and without them…”
- “It’s fantastic, but the secretary/pastor/whoever won’t like it.”
- “Well, this might work for other Congregations, but I think we’ll stick with what we’ve got.”
- “Maybe after we get the new budget.”
- “It’s never been done before.”
